Q: What types of buses to you have?
Bus Quote USA has affiliates throughout the country that have a wide range of vehicles. If you look at the fleet of buses tab you will be able to view the different types of buses that you will be able to choose from.

Q: When should I book my trip?
We have learned that the sooner you book the better prepared you are for your trip or event. If you do have to wait we suggest that you book at least two months in advance to guarantee a vehicle. There are times when an event comes up last minute. We understand this and so do our affiliates.

Q: Is there a deposit required?
Yes. We require a 20% deposit due at the time of reservation.

Q: When is my balance due?
Your balance is due two weeks prior to your event or trip date. If that date falls on a weekend it is due the Friday before.

Q: Are there any cancellation fees?
Sometimes. Cancellations should be made 3 weeks prior to the trip. This gives the bus operator the ability to reserve the bus with other customers and not lose out on revenue. If you cancel after that time you will lose your deposit. If you cancel before you will only be charged a 75.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel within two weeks of your trip you will be responsible for the entire trip.

Q: Do I tip the driver?
Yes. For out of town trips there is a minimum 10% gratuity. For in town there is a minimum 20% gratuity.

Q: Do I pay for the driver’s hotel room?
Yes. It is customary for the group to provide the drivers hotel room.

Q: Are there fees for overnight even if I don’t need the bus?
Yes. If you travel out of town, but do not need the bus while on location there are overnight fees.

Q: Do I pay for parking and tolls?
Tolls, gas, and taxes are included in the price. Parking will be paid by the group.
