Q: Why Choose Bus Quote USA?
Bus Quote USA is an industry leader in charter bus rental quotes. At Bus Quote USA we pride ourselves on having the best charter bus quoting process in the industry. Choosing a charter bus can sometimes be a daunting and time consuming task. We make chartering a bus easy!

Q: What types of buses are available?
If you look at the Bus Quote USA homepage you will see the types of common buses.

Q: When should I book my trip?
We have learned that the sooner you book the better prepared you are for your trip or event. If you do have to wait we suggest that you book at least two months in advance to guarantee a vehicle. There are times when an event comes up last minute which IS OUR SPECIALTY!

Q: How old are your vehicles?
All vehicles are late models ranging from 5 years of age or newer.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
No there is no sales tax currently on transportation.

Q: Can we get the name and number of our driver?
All calls should be directed to our 24 hour dispatch on the day of your trip. That number is 732-803-1376, option #4.

Q: Can we have more than (1) pick up and drop off location?
Yes but this may result in an additional fee.

Q: What if we keep the vehicle longer than what we are contracted for?
Our overtime rates for coach or mini buses are at $95.00 per half hour; party buses and limousines are $175.00 per half hour. All of this will be disclosed to you in our contract.

Q: What happens if there is a breakdown on the date of our charter?
We will attempt and exhaust all resources to supply you with an alternate or replacement vehicle. If this is not obtainable you will receive a full refund.

Q: Do your limo buses have dance poles?
This is a special request; we will do our best to be able to supply you with this amenity.

Q: Do the limo buses come stocked?
We complimentary stock all party buses and limousines with ice, water, napkins and soft drinks. All alcohol is the responsibility of the chartering party.

Q: Can we have alcohol on board any vehicle?
Yes but we do not allow any Kegs and everyone on board must be at least 21 years of age.

Q: What is your payment policy?
We requires a valid credit card to secure all transportation. We require a 30% deposit and all balances will need to be paid 30 days prior to you trip date.

Q: I don’t have a credit card can I still place an order?
We will place the order but will require deposits immediately in order to keep the vehicle on hold.

Q: What other methods of payment do you accept?
We accepts all major credit cards. We accept both personal and business checks, money orders and wire transfers.

Q: Can I pay the driver on the day of trip?
For security reasons are drivers are not allowed to accept payment on the day of the trip.

Q: What is your cancelation policy?
If you cancel at least 30 days prior to your departure date, there is a $100.00 processing fee. ($250.00 for charters over $5,000.00) Should you cancel your reservation less than 30 days away from your charter date our cancelation policy is as follows:
15-30 days prior to your charter date will result in your loss of 15% deposit;
8-14 days will result in 30% loss of your total charter price.
7 days or less will result in 75% loss of your entire charter total.
All of this information will be disclosed to you in our reservation agreement.

Q: Do you offer any military or nonprofit discounts?
We are one of the largest ground transportation providers nationwide. We try and offer the most competitive rates and do not offer special rates based on your classification; however should you receive a lower rate then what you have been quoted please allow us the opportunity to match or beat our competitors price.

Q: What are some of the amenities on board limousine or party buses?
All limousines and party buses come standard equipped with leather perimeter seating, fiber optic lighting LCD and or plasma TVs, DVD,CD, state the art surrounds sound system and wet bar. Any additional amenities not listed would be a special request.

Q: Will I be getting the exact vehicle see on your web site?
We showcase just a few of our vehicles on our website to show you the different styles that we offer. We cannot guarantee the exact vehicle, but can request a specific one of choice if you like.

Q: How will I know what vehicle I’m getting?
We offer a variety of different makes and models of equipment offered in the transportation industry. If you do not receive the exact vehicle as depicted on our site, it will be very comparable. You will be very happy with what you receive.

Q: I don’t know how many people I’m going to have right now; can I change my vehicle once I make a reservation?
Yes, as long as the specific vehicle you want is still available at the time you make this request you may upgrade or downgrade should you choose. We will adjust your cost as necessary.

Q: What happens if your office is closed and I need to get in contact with someone of the day of our trip?
We offer a 24/7 dispatch operations center, where we monitor all charters and have radio communications with your drivers. Our dispatch liaison will be able to handle your request.

Q: Are your drivers familiar with the areas?
Drivers will be locally and have general knowledge of your area. In addition buses will be outfitted with GPS and drivers will carry spare routing maps.

Q: Do your drivers have experience and are they screened?
All drivers have a minimum of 5 years of driving experience and undergo both background and random drug screening procedures set forth by our company.

Q: Can we request a specific driver; ex: male, female, Spanish speaking?
Yes you can make this request.

Q: How do your drivers dress?
All drivers will be professionally dressed in button shirt, tie and dress slacks.

Q: We know someone who has a CDL; can we rent the vehicle ourselves and supply our own drivers?
Unfortunately do to insurance liabilities we can only offer you our vehicles with our own drivers.

Q: Is insurance included with the rates?
We maintain a $10,000,000.00 policy, amongst the best in the industry!

Q: Do I tip the driver?

Q: Do I pay for the driver’s hotel room?
Yes. It is customary for the group to provide the drivers hotel room.

Q: Do I pay for parking and tolls?
Toll, gas, and FUEL CHARGES are included in quote. Parking IS ALWAYS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GROUP
